We're seeking a strategic, results-oriented, experienced product marketing manager. In this position, you will define and execute product marketing strategy across multiple
GTB products and in the direct and VAR channel. |
Responsibilities:

Key areas of responsibility include product and industry messaging, field and partner training, sales and partner enablement, demos, analyst activities, press activities and overall product marketing.Manage go-to-market launch planning for products and new industries and
geographies to ensure successful, integrated launches.
Own product messaging across products and industries.
Head up sales and partner training strategy and content delivery.
Enable the direct and VAR channel field organizations with competitive sales guides, sales presentations, sales training, solution data sheets, demos, cost benefit analysis, etc.
Lead cross departmental new product and market introduction team.Own product messaging across products and industries.Participate in meetings with prospects, customers, media, and analyst meetings.
Work with product management, corporate marketing,
sales and other cross-functional teams to maximize
market awareness, market leadership, and customer
satisfaction.

Requirements
| |
- 5+ years experience with marketing and/or
product management in software
(preferably DLP
software)
- Knowledge of enterprise sales process and customer buying behavior for software.
- Established track record in spearheading successful integrated product launches with measurable results.
- Experience building sales tools to drive competitive wins.
- Experience in enabling and training VAR partners.
- Extensive network of contacts within territory
- Proven at presenting to customer executives and press/analysts.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel
- BS/BA or equivalent
- Integrity and ethics are critical.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Smart risk taker - balanced approach between analytical and intuitive
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer requirements
